Who we are

EveryPetHaven ("we", "us") operates everypethaven.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Pre-order & newsletter: your email address, and optionally your pet's name.
• Orders: your name, email, order contents and amounts. Card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store card numbers.
• Pet profiles: details you choose to add (species, breed, age, weight, dietary sensitivities) to personalise recommendations.
• Contact form: the name, email and message you submit.
• Technical: IP address and basic request data, used for security and to prevent abuse.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, send transactional messages (order and pre-order confirmations), respond to enquiries, personalise the catalogue to your pet, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate — for example our payment processor (Stripe) and email provider — and only as needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.

Your choices & rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time, and you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@everypethaven.com. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA.

Retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it. We protect data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and other safeguards described in our security practices.
