Free standard shipping on orders over $45. Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days; you'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Subscriptions

Subscription items ship on the schedule shown at checkout. You can skip, pause, change frequency or cancel any time from your account before the next ship date.

Returns

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a refund. For food or perishable items that didn't suit your pet, contact us — we'll make it right. Service-booking deposits follow the provider's cancellation policy (typically free cancellation up to 24 hours before the visit).
