By using everypethaven.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.

Orders & pricing

We work to keep product details and prices accurate, but errors can occur. We may cancel or correct an order affected by an obvious error and will refund any amount charged. Subscriptions renew on the stated schedule until you skip, pause or cancel.

Pre-orders & founding pricing

Pre-order perks (such as founding-member pricing) apply as described at sign-up and may be subject to availability and launch timing.

Marketplace & providers

Independent providers offer services through our marketplace. Bookings and deposits are governed by the provider's stated terms; EveryPetHaven facilitates the transaction.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unauthorised ways.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
