Content, Media Rights & Copyright (DMCA)
Last updated August 2026. Written in plain English for transparency. This is a general template, not legal advice — have qualified counsel review it for your jurisdiction before you rely on it.
1. Your content & the rights you grant us
When you upload, post, or submit photos, videos, captions, reviews, or other material ("Content") — to the feed, a profile, a listing, or the auto-publish pipeline — you represent that you own it or have all rights to it, and you grant EveryPetHaven a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully sublicensable and transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, reformat, crop, caption, distribute, publicly display and perform, and otherwise use that Content — in whole or in part, in any and all media now known or later devised — for operating, promoting, and marketing EveryPetHaven and its partners, including reposting to our social channels (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) and use in advertising.
You agree we may use your Content without further approval, attribution, or payment, and to the fullest extent permitted by law you waive any moral rights and any claim arising from our permitted use. In plain terms: once you post it here, you're giving EveryPetHaven full and lasting permission to use it anywhere. You keep the right to be identified as the original creator where we choose to credit you.
2. Consent record & revocation
For clips entered into the auto-publish pipeline we record your explicit consent (timestamp, version, channel list, and device details) before anything is posted, and nothing is posted without a human moderation approval. You may withdraw future auto-publishing at any time; on withdrawal we remove the clip from our channels within 24 hours. Because the licence above is broad and content may already be in circulation, withdrawal is not always fully reversible for copies already shared — post accordingly.
3. Our marks & content
The EveryPetHaven name, logo, site design, and original content are ours or our licensors'. Don't use them without written permission.
4. Copyright complaints (DMCA)
We respect intellectual property. If you believe Content on EveryPetHaven infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@everypethaven.com (subject "DMCA") including: (a) your signature; (b) identification of the work; (c) the URL of the material; (d) your contact details; (e) a statement of good-faith belief; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act. We remove or disable infringing material and terminate repeat infringers. A counter-notice process is available to the poster.
