Seller & Provider Agreement

This Agreement applies to everyone who lists products, offers services, or publishes courses on EveryPetHaven ("you", "Seller", "Provider"). It is in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Independent status

You are an independent business, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of EveryPetHaven. You are solely responsible for your goods, services, advice, pricing, taxes, staff, licensing, and insurance. You control how you deliver your work; we provide the marketplace, booking, and payment plumbing.

2. Your responsibilities & warranties

• Hold and maintain all licences, permits, and insurance required for your trade and location, and keep them current.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, animal welfare, and health & safety.
• Only list goods and services you are lawfully able to sell (see Prohibited Items).
• Describe items honestly, honour your published prices, availability, and cancellation terms, and deliver on time.
• Handle client pets with reasonable care and disclose relevant risks.

3. Verification

Before your corner goes live we verify identity, insurance, and (where relevant) licence. Verification is a screening step, not our endorsement or guarantee of your work. We may re-verify, suspend, or remove a corner at any time. See Verification & Trust.

4. Fees, commission & payouts

Listing is free. Your subscription tier sets your commission on product sales (see plans); a flat platform fee applies to completed bookings. Commission is recorded on each order line at the time of sale, so a later plan change never alters past payouts. Payouts to Sellers require completing payment-processor onboarding (identity/KYC); until then, sales are held. You are responsible for your own tax reporting; we may issue tax forms (e.g. 1099-K in the US) where required.

5. Right of first refusal

If, during your time on the platform and for twelve (12) months after you leave, you decide to sell, license, assign, or transfer a product line, brand, recipe, formulation, or the business primarily built on EveryPetHaven — or grant an exclusive wholesale or private-label arrangement for it — you agree to first offer EveryPetHaven the opportunity to acquire or license it on the same material terms. You will give us written notice and fifteen (15) business days to match or decline in writing before you accept a third-party offer. This right of first refusal does not obligate you to sell, and does not apply to your pre-existing business unrelated to the haven.

6. Indemnity & liability

You indemnify EveryPetHaven against any claim arising from your goods, services, advice, content, or breach of this Agreement. As between us, you bear liability for your work; EveryPetHaven's liability to you is limited as set out in the Terms.

7. Suspension & termination

Either party may end this Agreement. We may suspend or remove listings that breach policy, create risk, or generate repeated complaints. On downgrade, listings above your new plan limit stay live for 30 days.
